Globe trotting is one thing i love about my job honey.I make it my business to really scrutinise my habitat for the days am gonna be in that country.Cleanliness is key..no one wants to walk into a room and feel like you are being featured in an episode of Niecy Nash' clean house.Once that is settled,comes the bed.
When you type kingsize on your hotel amenities page..i expect exactly that.Point blank period..not two single beds together.You will have tried me bigtime.Honey,i need to enjoy my beauty sleep,not get my hair caught up in between crevases on the darn bed and when i wake up,i dont need to look like i just walked out of an episode of the walking dead.I need to be able to take a 'bedfie' caption,'i woke up like this'.Face beat the 7am way!!
The ambience in this room and everything about it had me tongue-tied...child i could live in here with wifi connection and food and not want to know what winter has to offer beyond this four walls...for the entire season.
Bathroom lovers,i know you will love this one.Relaxation,peace and cleanliness are some of the things we expect a bathroom to offer us.I personally loved the wall lighting in this bathroom..almost asked the housekeeper what material was used...if only i could speak chinese or whatever asian language 'sijuikizungu' spoke.The bath tub..how do i even start to describe how inviting it was.Fresh towels,showergel,freshly picked roses,hot water...and am not even here for my honeymoon..le sigh.
And finally a couch to chill out as i wait for another God given day to come to an end.Notice how they have used the beautiful purple throw pillows to add some colour into the room.This dark coloured couch is everything i tell you..it compliments the colour of the furniture and the lighting is just perfect.
Now that i have fed my brain with this freshness,time to pack up,complete that one project and see what the next continent has to offer.Chocks off,wheels up!!Lets hit the runway.
