I believe every girl has days that she just cannot stand how her hair looks or her face...but you still have to look good.I always say,a good pair of sunglasses,lippie and eyebrows can make a girl go from tomboy to chic in a split second.

You can choose to go with the 1970ish rich woman kind of cover up.I kinda feel this look is more of a marilyn monroe kind of look.
Lipstick gives your look a statement.You may go for subtlety or bold depending on how you feel.Invest in a good lippie too.No one wants to look at lippie on chapped lips.Always moisturise.
Never leave the house without your brows.Theres a difference between sparsely populated eyebrows and NO eyebrows.One can easily fill in,the other one,well lets just say you need to stay away from rain,crowded areas or anything that would threaten wiping them off.
